We got tired of watching good companies wait
Papaya Group started from a frustration that anyone who has hired an agency will recognise. The pitch is sharp, the onboarding takes six weeks, the first deliverable arrives a month after that, and by the time anything ships the opportunity has moved.
Meanwhile the technology underneath all of this changed completely. What used to be a six figure custom build is now a two week project. What used to need a team of five needs a well designed agent and somebody who knows how to put it into production.
So we built the agency we wanted to hire. Consultative before commercial. Honest about what is worth doing. And fast enough that speed becomes your advantage instead of your bottleneck.

Speed is the strategy
Most agencies lose the first month to onboarding. We aim to have something in your hands inside two weeks, because a decision made this month is worth more than a perfect decision made next quarter.
Custom, never templated
We do not have a package we try to fit you into. The audit comes first, the solution comes second, and if what you need is smaller than what we sell, we scope it smaller.
Uncomfortably honest
If your funnel is fine and your product is the problem, we will say so. If half of what you asked for is a bad idea, we will tell you before invoicing you for it.
Measured in business terms
Impressions and reach are not results. We agree on the numbers that matter to your P&L before we start and we report against those.
Three steps, no surprises
The same sequence for every client, from a twelve person studio to a two hundred person operation.
Discovery call
We get on a call and we ask hard questions. What are your goals for the next twelve months, where does the work pile up, which part of your funnel leaks, and what have you already tried. No pitch deck. If we are not the right fit we say so on that call.
Audit and proposal
We go through your setup properly. Your traffic, your tracking, your funnel, your tools, your process. Then you get a written audit of what we found and a solution built for your situation, with scope, timeline and pricing on the page. Nothing generic, nothing hidden.
Action and delivery
We build. You see progress in days, not quarters, and you get something usable early rather than a big reveal at the end. Speed is not a nice extra for us, it is the entire point. In business, momentum is worth more than perfection.
Ontario headquarters, international delivery
Our office is in North York, Ontario. Our clients are not. Most of our delivery runs remote and asynchronous, with overlapping hours held for the team we are working with, and we invoice in Canadian dollars, US dollars or euros depending on what suits you.
